Purpose: The EXCEL project is aimed at reducing exploitative child labour in fishing, agriculture, and domestic service in Cambodia by implementing a multi-sector approach through direct educational and livelihoods services and linkages for 28,000 children aged 5-17 and 14,000 households and through advocacy and awareness raising at national and sub-national levels.
The Project is implemented in Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Pursat, Kampong Cham, and Phnom Penh by World Vision Cambodia in partnership with Wathanakpheap, Vulnerable Children Assistance Organization, Farmers Livelihoods Development, and Cambodian Development Research Institute.
