Partnering for sustainable change for children

We create lasting impact and build a brighter future for children through strong partnerships with international donors, governments, and local organisations.

World Vision Myanmar is expanding its impact across the country, reaching the most vulnerable communities through 45+ grants and special projects. By diversifying our donor base and strengthening partnerships, we have secured over USD 28 million to support those in need.

Our work is backed by strong collaborations with institutional donors, the United Nations, and international organizations. We also actively engage the private sector—including corporations, foundations, NGOs, and individuals—to drive lasting change and transform lives.

CREATE

Myanmar CREATE: Economic Empowerment and Nutrition for Dry Zone Communities

This project is a USD 4.4 million initiative supported by DFAT from 2021 to 2028, with matching funding from World Vision Australia.

The project aims to strengthen the socio-economic resilience of households in two Dry Zone townships, Chauk and Yenangyaung, through an inclusive market systems development (iMSD) approach. It seeks to increase household incomes while promoting gender equality, disability inclusion, and improved nutrition by enhancing producers’ market engagement and encouraging greater private sector investment in productive inputs.
