This report provides an overview of the work of World Vision International in Burkina Faso, from October 2024 to September 2025.

World Vision is a leading humanitarian actor in West Africa, delivering timely, accountable support to children and communities affected by crises.

World Vision has received funding from the West and Central Africa Regional Humanitarian Fund (FHRAOC) to implement the SAVE Plus project, a multisectoral initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable populations affected by the humanitarian crisis in the regions of Bankui and Sourou.

In Diapangou, Burkina Faso, safe water transforms life for 1,500 pupils. New WASH facilities improve health and school attendance for local children and families.

Our presence in Somalia since 1993 has enabled us to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the WASH sector. This includes the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MoEWR), a crucial partner, as well as other line ministries at federal, regional and state levels, the private sector, local partners, the Somalia WASH Cluster, UN agencies, and community actors.
