Assessing Mental Health Needs in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: A Community-Level Gap Analysis

Conducted by World Vision Ukraine Crisis Response in partnership with “Safe Way Pivden,” this report delivers a comprehensive gap analysis of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services across four target communities in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: Slobozhanska, Samarivska, Pidhorodnianska, and Lyubymivska. 

Evaluated against the IASC intervention pyramid, the report provides critical evidence on service accessibility, institutional capacity, referral mechanisms, and the structural barriers facing underserved populations, helping bridge the care gap for an estimated 21,200 to 42,500 individuals in need.
