Cambodia: Our meals, our voice

In Cambodia, World Vision’s School Meals Child-led Research initiative, part of the global ENOUGH campaign, places children at the forefront of shaping school meal programmes. Through interviews, focus groups, and surveys, child researchers explored the realities of school meals from their own lived experiences. This participatory approach not only uncovered critical gaps and root causes affecting nutrition and access but also highlighted children’s aspirations for inclusive, sustainable solutions. 

By amplifying their voices in national and global advocacy, the initiative underscores the importance of listening to children to build a future where every child can thrive through nutritious meals at school.
