UCR December 2025 Update: over 2.3M People Reached

The latest Ukraine Crisis Response (UCR) factsheet has revealed that of December 2025, World Vision has reached 2,312,461 people through food, non-food items, cash assistance, protection and education services, livelihood programmes, mental health and psychosocial support initiatives. 

46% of the total reach are children (1,045,914 children):

• Ukraine - 1,409,505 people, of which 647,260 are children
• Moldova - 510,323 people, of which 215,854 are children
• Romania - 352,027 people, of which 159,871 are children
• Georgia - 40,606 people, of which 22,929 are children

In December 2025:

1. 11,321 people were reached across UCR (51% children),    
2. 11,115 unique people were reached inside Ukraine:

• 5,899 unique people with mental health and psychosocial support
• 3,056 unique people with non-food items assistance
• 2,160 unique people with cash assistance
