Celebrating Children's Day in Laos

ໃນເດືອນທີ່ຜ່ານມາ, ອົງການສຸພະນິມິດໄດ້ຈັດງານສະເຫຼີມສະຫຼອງ ເນື່ອງໃນໂອກາດວັນເດັກນ້ອຍສາກົນຢູ່ທີ່ບ້ານເປົ້າໝາຍຂອງພວກເຮົາ. ໃນການສະເຫຼີມສະຫຼອງງານດັ່ງກ່າວແມ່ນໄດ້ສ້າງຄວາມເບີກບານມ່ວນຊື່ນ ແລະ ສ້າງຄວາມອົບອຸ່ນໃຫ້ແກ່ເດັກນ້ອຍທີ່ດ້ອຍໂອກາດທີ່ເຮົາໄດ້ໃຫ້ການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອ.
ຢູ່ເມືອງສຸຂຸມາ, ແຂວງຈໍາປາສັກ, ມີເດັກນ້ອຍເຂົ້າຮ່ວມງານທັງໝົດ 554 ຄົນ ເຊິ່ງໃນງານແມ່ນມີຫຼາກຫຼາຍກິດຈະກຳທີ່ໄດ້ນຳພາໂດຍ ພະນັກງານ ແລະຄູ່ຮ່ວມງານພາກລັດຂອງພວກເຮົາ. ເຊິ່ງໃນງານແມ່ນມີກິດຈະກຳ ການປູກຕົ້ນໄມ້, ການຟ້ອນ, ການແຂ່ງຂັນຮ້ອງເພງ, ຫລີ້ນເກມມ່ວນໆ ແລະການສົ່ງເສີມການອ່ານ ທີ່ຈະຊ່ວຍໃຫ້ເດັກນ້ອຍມີຄວາມກ້າຫານ ແລະ ກ້າສະແດງອອກ ລວມໄປເຖິງການໃຫ້ຂໍ້ຄິດເພິ່ມຕື່ມຈາກພະນັກງານພວກເຮົາ.
ທ້າວ ກໍໍລະກົດ, ນັກຮຽນຫ້ອງປໍ3 ຢູ່ເມືອງ ສຸຂຸມາໄດ້ເວົ້າວ່າ “ນ້ອງມັກກິດຈະກຳຕ່າງໆທີ່ທາງອົງການໄດ້ຈັດຂື້ນຫຼາຍ! ບໍ່ວ່າຈະເປັນການເລົ່າເລື່ອງ, ການແຕ້ມຮູບ, ການຮ້ອງເພງ... ນ້ອງດີໃຈຫຼາຍທີ່ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກິດຈະກໍາແລະ ໄດ້ບອກໃຫ້ຄອບຄົວຮູ້ກ່ຽວກັບສິ່ງທີ່ນ້ອງຢາກເປັນໃນອານາຄົດໄດ້”
ໃນການສະເຫຼີມສະຫຼອງວັນເດັກນ້ອຍສາກົນນີ້ ອົງການສຸພະນິມິດ ໄດ້ຍ້ຳເຕືອນກ່ຽວກັບການປ້ອງກັນເດັກ ແລະບໍ່ຄວນໃຊ້ຄວາມຮຸນແຮງໃນທຸກລະດັບຕໍ່ເດັກ, ຢຸດການແຕ່ງງານຂອງເດັກນ້ອຍກ່ອນໄວອັນຄວນ, ແລະສົ່ງເສີມສິດທິເດັກ.
“When I grow up, I want to be a policeman," says Korlakod, a third grade student.
Over the last month, World Vision organised a Children’s Day celebration in its target communities of Lao PDR. Those commemorations brought joy, a lot of fun to children and reassured support to vulnerable children to fulfill their potential.
In Soukhoumma District, Champasak Province, 544 children had the chance to attend the activities led by our staff and Government counterparts. Trees planting, dancing and singing contests, reading festivals allowed the children to express themselves, along with awareness messages provided by the staff.
“I enjoyed all of the activities very much! Storytelling, drawing, singing. I am very glad I can share to my family what I want to be when I grow up,” says Korlakod, third grade student in Soukhouma District.
World Vision is committed to support to the children of Lao PDR to prevent violence at all levels, end child marriage, and to uphold children’s rights.
