World Vision's Global Urban Summit

Urban Programming

In 2013, World Vision held its first Global Urban Summit inviting urban practitioners, leaders and specialists. The event called for a paradigm shift proposing solutions for World Vision to be a credible partner to contribute to just, inclusive, liveable cities for children.

The Urban Summit presented opportunities to support the ongoing global policy dialogue and influence The New Urban Agenda to be launched at Habitat III.
