Growing seeds of hope in CAR

Since the 90s, CAR has struggled with recurrent insurgencies and in late 2013 the country faced an internal conflict which was both social and economic. The security situation remains extremely volatile and unpredictable despite the return to constitutional legality. Though the reconstruction work is not easy, that the results for an improved well-being of vulnerable population are unclear, and that the light might take time to breakthrough, World Vision is in it for the long term and is committed to see the seeds of hope developed.
