World Vision responds to India flash flood

India's northern region of Uttarakhand is devasted by flooding in late June 2013, with all 13 districts affected.
Over 800 are confirmed dead, with another 1,800 people still missing.
World Vision India started distributing relief goods on July 5th, including: food, hygiene kits, child study materials, with plans to expand the relief and recovery work. Photos by Annila Harris
