International Youth Day 2013

International Youth Day is August 12 – a day designated by the United Nations to celebrate youth and to focus on the issues they care about most.

At World Vision Youth, we are joining International Youth Day by focusing on this quote by former UN secretary general Kofi Annan: “You are never too young to lead.” We believe the same. But like any good leader, we leaders need to know what we are advocating for. We know you are often isolated from the decisions that shape your community and world. We want to see that change. You have our ears, so tell us your passions, opinions, and share your voice so that together we can help you stand taller and reach further than ever before.
