Dr Manuel Antonio Sierra
Dr Manuel Antonio Sierra (Honduras) has been a member of the WV Honduras Board since 2010 and was elected to the WVI Board in 2013. He has a Doctorate Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Tropical Diseases, a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology and Quantitative Methods from the Public Health School of Harvard University in Boston, USA and General Medicine and Surgery (UNAH), in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He has vast experience in research and development of projects as a main researcher and coordinator in diverse HIV – AIDS projects, clinical research and epidemiological research. He is a private consultant in epidemiology as well as the regional advisor in research and evaluation for Compassion International. He is also a Christian evangelist. Manuel is married.
