Children as Change Agents

This report outlines a set of guidelines that would assist NGOs and other civil society organizations that want to include children in the alternative reporting process.  Within this document, child participation practitioners will find information about how to include children in the monitoring and reporting process of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
