Nour, Giving Children Space to Speak out

Nour, a child advocate aged 15, speaks passionately and substantively about her participation in the launch of Inter-Agency Guiding Principles for Children and Youth Participation in Peacebuilding.  She speaks what this new peacebuilding guidelines mean for her and her peers, as well as what obstacles need to be addressed to put these guidelines into action globally.
