The Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) campaign in Cambodia will be underpinned by a call to action of “Migrate Safely, Use a Legal Agent." When thinking about migration, it is easy for rural Cambodian youth to be enticed by the promise of a great job in an exciting land, especially when it only takes a few days to get there and people don't even need paperwork. The "Migrate Safely" campaign concept focuses on the path and the result of using a bad broker compared to using a legal or good Agent. Throughout the campaign, audiences will see a transformation from the negative results of using an illegal broker to the positive outcomes of migrating safely with a legal agent.

Flyer posting is a guerilla marketing technique of placing posters, signs, and flyers in public areas. These posters can be displayed in public places with heavy foot traffic like the village market, schools, pagodas, youth clubs, information boards and at the border areas. The initial series are a visual representation of the dangers of illegal migration, discouraging youth from migrating illegally. These messages include:

-          Unsafe migration leads to prison

-          Unsafe migration leads to debt

-          Unsafe migration leads to abuse

To keep the flyer posting fresh and engaging, four new posters are designed to follow the initial set of posters. The messages include:

-          Using a good agent leads to legal papers

-          Using a good agent leads to a good job

-          Safe migration leads to more money

-          Safe migration leads to safe return
