Yemesrach is a project management professional and youth development advocate with experience supporting community programmes, youth initiatives and organisational coordination. Her work focuses strongly on helping young people access opportunities for leadership, personal growth and meaningful participation within their communities.
Through her roles with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ethiopia and Positive Peace Ethiopia, Yemesrach has supported youth-centred programmes, mentorship initiatives and partnership-building efforts aimed at strengthening young people’s confidence, skills and social engagement.
Her background in project management and community engagement contributes to World Vision Ethiopia’s vision of empowering young people to become active contributors within their families and communities. Yemesrach is particularly passionate about creating supportive environments where children and youth can discover purpose, build resilience and develop the skills needed for a better future.
