World Vision Mozambique proudly publishes its 2025 Annual Report, reflecting on a year marked by significant challenges across the humanitarian sector. Despite these constraints, the organization continued to deliver meaningful impact, contributing to the development and influence of 23 national and local policies and helping improve the lives of an estimated 11.8 million children, both directly and indirectly.
Through advocacy and partnerships, a significant role has been played in advancing the global ENOUGH Campaign, translating policy commitments into tangible action. As a result, more than 126,000 pupils benefited from school feeding initiatives, receiving over 4.6 million nutritious meals. These interventions not only helped reduce malnutrition but also improved school attendance and learning outcomes.
We are proud that our achievements in Mozambique contribute significantly to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), while also supporting progress across many other goals.
While these results are encouraging, much remains to be done. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors, sponsors, government partners, communities, and, above all, the children and families we serve. Their trust, resilience, and collaboration inspire us to do even more. Together, we remain committed to creating lasting change and ensuring that every child can experience life in all its fullness.
