World Vision Afghanistan continues to deliver coordinated assistance in health and nutrition, WASH, food security and livelihoods, protection, and education, reaching 450,542 people through multisectoral humanitarian and recovery programming delivered across targeted provinces. 201,977 individuals accessed essential health and nutrition services through 59 service delivery points, including outpatient care, maternal health services, immunisation, nutrition treatment, and MHPSS support. 206,415 people benefited from improved access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services through new and rehabilitated systems, health facility upgrades, and hygiene promotion.

As part of the West Afghanistan Forced Returns Response, 25,694 returnees received support, including health and nutrition services, multipurpose cash assistance, WASH support, and information services. In the East Afghanistan Earthquake Response, 5,880 food kits and 2,500 hygiene kits were distributed, alongside continued health and nutrition services through partner organisations.

Food security and livelihoods interventions supported vulnerable households through cash assistance, climate-smart agriculture, livestock support, and income-generating activities, while multipurpose cash assistance reached 10,032 people to meet urgent needs. In addition, individuals accessed protection services, and 204 children were supported through education programmes.
