Who are Ukraine Crisis Response's Partners?

World Vision Ukraine Crisis Response delivers its programmes through a network of dedicated local and international partners, whose vital role enhances the impact of our work.

Our unwavering commitment to localisation in Ukraine is driven by the belief to be as local as possible and as international as necessary. This approach empowers local actors to lead humanitarian efforts and support sustainable, long-term development.

As of December 2025, we bring essential local knowledge and trust by collaborating with nine local organisations—six NGOs and three government entities. Six of our partners have developed Capacity Sharing Plans with World Vision, strengthening their resilience and response capacity.

Currently, 37% of our field budget is allocated directly to these local partners, underscoring our commitment to fostering local leadership and ensuring aid reaches those most in need through trusted community actors.
