Through its Gifts-in-Kind Programme, World Vision donated soap to a local school in Ntondozi for distribution to children to take home and share with their families. The donation is helping households improve hygiene practices and reduce the risk of preventable diseases.

Two learners expressed their appreciation for the soap, highlighting how it will make it easier for them to practise handwashing, particularly after using the toilet. The simple donation is therefore supporting healthier hygiene habits both at school and within the wider community.

World Vision’s Gifts-in-Kind Programme provides essential donated goods to communities and families in need, helping improve wellbeing and complementing World Vision’s development and humanitarian work.
