Cities for Children: Child Rights Program, India

World Vision’s India Urban Pilot Project in Siliguri promoted and established a city-wide network model to promote sustained civic engagement aimed at addressing and reducing the incidence of child labour and child trafficking.

This short documentary demonstrates the power of partnerships in local communities to establish non-formal education centres and local networks focused on the protection of children’s rights - key mechanisms for addressing both domestic and cross-border child trafficking.
