POSITION: ADP Sponsorship Management Assistant

1. Major Responsibilities:
- Open sponsors mail / parcels, remove sponsors address, sort out by KAs, encode in STEP system, deliver to ADP DFs and follow up response from respective DFs;
- Check the quality of RC monitoring data gathered by CDWs and encodes the data in STEP system;
- Handle the operation of sponsorship systems (SD+, STEP, Quickstep, Lotus Notes, etc), produce sponsor address labels and weekly transfer of Sponsorship data file (diskettes) to and from the national office;
- Check and monitor if registered children files are properly handled in the ADP by respective CDWs;
- Assist sponsorship and child development facilitator in handling GN orders/slips; follow up its utilization and thank you letter response to fulfill in the system;
- Follow up the relay of support office various Queries received from sponsorship and child development Facilitator as per the standard;
- Monitor and follow up the APR and Christmas card submissions to the respective sponsors;
- Assist sponsorship and Child Development Facilitator in image quality checking, cropping and transferring to CPI data base;
- Assist sponsorship and child development Facilitator in handling new RC growth/replacement, NO and SO RC file drops, HOLD reactivate and update CHs as per the sponsorship standards;
- Assist the sponsorship and child development Facilitator on the implementation of weekly action report (IL, Hold, RC shortfall, SO drops, etc);
- Assist sponsorship and child development facilitator in handling of child Verification/Census and facilitation of sponsor visit to the ADP;
- Handle ADP sponsorship Business process in the absence of sponsorship and child development Facilitator and prepare periodic reports.
2. Qualifications Required: Diploma in any social Science fields
3. Work Experience and Skill required: 3 years and above related experience is required
- Basic computer skills in Windows, MS Excel and Word,
- Proven negotiation skills
- Good knowledge in WV sponsorship programs
