World Vision Myanmar joined the global movement “It Takes a World to End Violence against Children (ITAW)” campaign. Based on the context of Myanmar, we chose our own theme of ending corporal punishment and physical violence against children at home and in school.

Achievements from 2021

14 billboards on ending physical violence against children set up across the country.

247 children and 95 adult volunteers participated in the ITAW competitions (story writing, photography and drawing).

171,600 people received ITAW messages through social media.

3,255 people reached through 7 talk shows on ITAW awareness.
