Youth Conference “Society for Better Future” will take place on January 31, 2018, at 11:00AM, atTbilisi Marriott Hotel (Address: 13 Rustaveli Avenue).

The event is a part of the project “School Youth Networks of Collaboration for the Sustainable Solutions”,  funded by the European Union and implemented by World Vision Georgia with partner organizations.

The conference aims at presenting the project outcomes, piloted models and successful cases to the state, donor organizations and other interested stakeholders.

The conference will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, and heads of international and local NGOs working on youth related projects.

The conference will include presentations on cases of successful cooperation between schools and society, youth work development model in municipalities, and a web portal www.ganatldi.ge

The presentations will be followed by discussion on perspectives for future collaboration.

Two year project  “School Youth Networks of Collaboration for Sustainable Solutions” started in 2016  and it covers Kakheti, Shida Kartli, Kvemo Kartli, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Imereti, and Samegrelo regions. The budget of the project is 533,199 EUR. It aims at supporting development of local communities by promoting civil activism and participation.
