Tanganyika: Saving for the transformation of families affected by interethnic conflict
This article shows the impact of the ADH project, which incorporated the Saving For Transformation approach in Tanganyika. After years of conflict that affected them and forced them to flee, they have now returned to their villages and are becoming self-sufficient thanks to the savings and loans they receive from their savings groups. Their living conditions are changing thanks to the support of World Vision, which trains them and gives them the means they need to prosper.

World Vision recognised at the 2021 HR Focus Awards in Ghana
It was a great pleasure that, in addition to winning the “Best HR Management in the NGO Sector” award for the second time running at this year’s awards, the office also won the “Most Outstanding Non-Profit Organization Response to COVID-19” award. Son appui vise à réduire le nombre des décès des enfants qui naissent des parents vivant avec le VIH en fournissant un soutien nutritionnel aux parents.

This article announces World Vision's first response in Kalehe, a territory in DR Congo where more than 400 people have been killed by floods. The findings of this survey highlight the stark reality for families around the world. Almost all people believe that having enough food to eat is a basic human right – 91%, but 21% of children are going to bed hungry and 30% of parents does not knowwhere their next meal will come from.
