Faith-based work has a significant role to play in building peace and addressing climate change. Faith actors can provide the social and spiritual support to increase resilience in communities affected by the double hardship of climate change and conflicts, supporting communities to adapt to climate change and advocating for climate-sensitive ways of life.

This short video was developed by World Vision in collaboration with FAO, Islamic Relief, UNEP, and the PaRD coalition. It showcases how FMNR can be applied in Mali and illustrates how the complex and intricate issues of the climate crisis in fragile contexts can be addressed through the active engagement of community members and faith actors.
