Thursday, August 24, 2023

"World Vision truly changed my life! Vast experience lies behind these words," says Ana Egutidze.

This is a success story of Ana - a young leader from Baghdati Municipality, Imereti Region - who has been actively involved in World Vision programmes and youth initiatives from a young age. This year, she was selected as a youth delegate from Georgia at the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.

This long-standing commitment underscores World Vision's dedication to empowering and supporting the young generation for a better future.

Throughout its over 25 years of work in the country, World Vision has been actively engaged in strengthening the youth sector in Georgia by empowering adolescents and youth for their well-being. Today the active members of our programs are successful youth workers, directors of youth organizations, young entrepreneurs, and leaders of national and international youth associations. Working with young people remains the key priority of World Vision Georgia. With joint efforts and active participation of youth, state structures and civil organizations, we continue empowering youth for their well-being.

Till now, more than 25,000 young people have been involved in the initiatives implemented by World Vision Georgia.

We are filled with pride to acknowledge the pivotal role our organisation plays in the success of young people.
