In Nkayi District, students and out-of-school learners are experiencing renewed hope and confidence through World Vision’s Empowered Worldview (EWV) programme implemented at their school.

The initiative is helping young people develop positive mindsets, life skills and the confidence needed to pursue brighter futures. Through regular training and mentorship, learners are encouraged to believe in their potential and take an active role in shaping their lives.

For many participants, the programme has sparked a new sense of responsibility and determination. Students are now engaging in productive activities such as welding and carpentry at the school while gaining valuable skills that can support their education and future livelihoods.

By nurturing confidence, leadership and practical skills among young people, Empowered Worldview is helping to equip the next generation in Nkayi with the tools they need to overcome challenges and build a better future for themselves and their communities.
