This story explains how communities in northern Bahr El Ghazal, South Sudan, are learning to prepare for floods. With help from the World Vision NAF project, community leaders and children are gaining knowledge about early warning signs and disaster management. As many as 65% of children in East Asia are exposed to multiple shocks which are becoming increasingly frequent, especially flooding, drought, saltwater inundation, and climate-related diseases.
