Area Development Programs
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, World Vision works in six Area Development Programs (ADPs): Jahorina, Krivaja, Lasva, Vrbas, Majevica and Ozren. These Programs are supported by the good people from Taiwan and Korea and encompass 19 municipalities.
Each ADP focuses on a distinct geographical area and partners local stakeholders to improve the well-being of children. Although the ADPs may vary in size, context and population and each is unique, they all seek to support families and communities to address child well-being.
ADPs aim to contribute to the creation of self-sustainable communities, promoting shared values and practicing their rights and responsibilities for ensuring continuous improvement of the quality of life of children.
