21 month old Ibrahim is weighed at his follow up visit to the health centre. Ibrahim was suffering from sickness and diarrhea and had not eaten for four days. He has now begun to put on weight and can breastfeed. His mother Hajara was visibly exhausted herself - she walked for two days to get to the health centre. She left with fortified food for Ibrahim and will return each week until he is better.
