In Niger, subsistence agriculture is the main activity of the population – especially in rural areas. Unfortunately, many areas are subjected to dry weather conditions due to the effects of climate change, which makes for poor harvests.

World Vision, in partnership with the UN World Food Programme (WFP), is helping communities to break the cycle of food insecurity and move towards a better future, by reclaiming degraded land for their own benefit.
