International children’s day celebration in Afghanistan

On 1 June 2015, World Vision Afghanistan celebrated International Children day in a situation where children are struggling with child labor, violence and exploitation, being child soldiers, having violence related disabilities, child marriages and chronic poverty. But on that day, such children had something to celebrate – the fact that the world had their eye upon them and they are not forgotten.

World Vision Afghanistan as a humanitarian and child focused organization, is committed to improving the well-being of Afghan boys and girls. We wish for them to experience life in all its fullness.
