Around 1.5 million people have been affected by heavy rains and floods across Bosnia and Herzegovina as the country faces the worst flooding in history. Hundreds of mudslides also damaged homes and limited access to those affected. All six of the areas where World Vision works in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been affected.

World Vision began responding within 24 hours of the floods, providing those affected with water, food and hygiene items as well as rain jackets, rubber boots and water pumps to help them as they start the task cleaning up.
