The Cambodia Consortium for Out-of-school children (CCOSC) Phase II Intervention
Tuesday, December 30, 2025

The Cambodia Consortium for Out-of-School Children (CCOSC) Phase II is strengthening Cambodia’s education system by ensuring that the most marginalized children can access and complete primary school. Through nationwide collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the project is helping transform learning opportunities for vulnerable children across 10 provinces.

From 2023–2025, World Vision Cambodia contributes to the consortium’s impact by enabling thousands of out-of-school children to return to learning, improving the quality of classroom teaching, and creating safer, more inclusive school environments. The project is driving long-term change by expanding access to education, elevating teaching standards, and empowering communities to support children’s learning—helping advance national and global commitments to equitable and quality education.
