From 1 August to 30 September 2025, World Vision Afghanistan reached 365,969 people through sustained humanitarian action across health and nutrition, WASH, food security and livelihoods, protection, and emergency response.
- 133,760 people accessed essential health and nutrition services, including outpatient consultations, maternal care, child screening, and vaccinations.
- 18,684 people gained improved access to safe water through rehabilitated systems and new treatment facilities, while 12,605 returnees received hygiene awareness support at the Islam Qala border.
- 1,750 earthquake-affected people received life-saving non-food items, including tents, as part of the Eastern Afghanistan Earthquake Response.
- 27,756 people were supported through food security and livelihoods assistance, including cash support, agricultural inputs, and small business initiatives.
- 4,375 people received mental health and psychosocial support across our operational areas.
