The Engaging Citizens to Improve Service Delivery through Social Accountability Project, implemented by World Vision International–Cambodia (WVIC), supports Cambodia’s Social Accountability Framework (ISAF) to strengthen citizen participation in improving the quality, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. The project is funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association (IBRD/IDA) and World Vision Australia (WVA) and is implemented across 10 provinces through partnerships with local civil society organizations and Community Accountability Facilitators (CAFs).
The project continues to promote constructive engagement between citizens, civil society, and local authorities, contributing to improved service delivery and strengthened social accountability mechanisms in Cambodia.
