Restoring Hope, Building Resilience

Strengthen PSNP Institutions and Resilience II (SPIR II) is a five-year project funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by World Vision Ethiopia, CARE, ORDA Ethiopia, and IFPRI. Working alongside Ethiopia’s Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP), SPIR II strengthened livelihoods, improved food security and nutrition, and built resilience among vulnerable households in the Amhara, Oromia, and Tigray regions. This booklet highlights the project’s journey, achievements, and stories of change from participants.
