Over 500,000 tree seedlings were distributed to smallholder farmers in Kwale and Kilifi Counties during a two-day drive on April 15–16, 2025, as part of the Global EverGreening Alliance’s Restore Africa Programme. Local leaders emphasized the importance of nurturing these trees to combat climate change and restore vulnerable landscapes.
