Photos by Eugene Lee, WVUS Story by Elizabeth Hendley, WVUS It’s 7:30 a.m. in Agra, the city in northern India home to the Taj Mahal, and the first wave of tourists walked through the monument’s entrance gates an hour ago at sunrise.
