Financial Year 2025

The Financial Year 2025 marked a significant milestone for World Vision Tanzania as it represented the climax of our five-year strategy period. This Annual Report reflects on the progress, achievements, and impact realised through the collective efforts of communities, government partners, donors, and other stakeholders in advancing the well-being of vulnerable children across the country.

Throughout FY2025, World Vision Tanzania consolidated gains made over the strategic period, focusing on key priority areas including child protection, health and nutrition, education, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and household resilience. The year was characterised by strengthened programme delivery, improved systems for accountability and learning, and deeper community engagement to ensure sustainable impact.

Despite persistent challenges such as climate change impacts, food insecurity, and socio-economic vulnerabilities, we remained committed to empowering communities with sustainable solutions that improve the lives of children and families. Our integrated approach enabled meaningful progress in building resilience and promoting long-term development outcomes.

As we conclude this strategic cycle, the report highlights both achievements and lessons learned, which will inform our future direction. World Vision Tanzania remains committed to its mission of following Christ in working with the poor and oppressed, and to building a future where every child can experience life in its fullness.
