To respond to the displacement crisis caused by the Cambodia–Thailand border conflict, World Vision International in Cambodia is currently addressing the needs of displaced people across 22 active sites—14 in Preah Vihear and 9 in Siem Reap—supporting 5,949 families (18,566 individuals, including 6,527 children). Since the onset of the crisis, interventions in WASH, education, child protection, and the provision of food and non-food items have reached 11,727 families, or 51,236 individuals, across 56 displacement sites in Preah Vihear, Banteay Meanchey, and Siem Reap. To ensure sustained assistance and restore hope, World Vision is also engaging with private sector partners and donors to mobilise ongoing support for displaced communities.
