STRENGTHENING ECONOMIC RESILIENCE AND SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS ACROSS CAMBODIA

World Vision International in Cambodia’s “Strengthening Economic Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Across Cambodia” highlights efforts to reduce poverty, improve food security, and strengthen sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable households across Cambodia. The programme supports families through climate-smart and nutrition-sensitive agriculture, financial literacy, savings groups, market access, and private-sector partnerships to build long-term economic resilience and reduce child labour.

By empowering farmers, women, agricultural cooperatives, and vulnerable communities with skills, financing, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, the initiative helps households increase income, improve nutrition, and strengthen resilience to climate and economic shocks. Through strong collaboration with government institutions, financial partners, and market actors, World Vision promotes inclusive, environmentally sustainable, and market-driven solutions that contribute to national development goals and improved wellbeing for children and families.
