FULFILLING OUR COMMITMENT TO THE MOST VULNERABLE CHILDREN

World Vision Tanzania’s Jubilee Strategy marks a renewed commitment to the most vulnerable children, building on the foundation laid during the 2021–2025 National Strategy and extending our vision through to 2030.

As a Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation, we continue to walk alongside children, families and communities, working in partnership at local, national and global levels to ensure every child experiences life in all its fullness.

For over four decades in Tanzania, we have remained steadfast in empowering children to thrive within their families and communities, nurturing lives filled with dignity, hope and opportunity.

The Jubilee Strategy represents a continuation and deepening of our impact—strengthening what works, learning from experience, and responding to emerging challenges facing the most vulnerable children. Through our Area Programme models and grant-funded initiatives across multiple regions, we remain committed to sustainable, community-led transformation. Guided by our faith and values, we continue to raise a strong voice against injustice, challenging ourselves and others to do more and do better for those we serve.

Under the Jubilee Strategy, our focus remains clear:

  • Strengthening our commitment to the most vulnerable children

  • Accelerating progress in child well-being outcomes

  • Expanding integrated approaches across Health and Nutrition, Education, Child Protection, Livelihoods, Advocacy, and Faith and Development

  • Contributing meaningfully to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030

This strategy is not just a continuation—it is a renewed promise. A promise to go further, deeper and wider in transforming the lives of children and their communities. Together, with our partners and supporters, we move forward with faith, purpose and determination.

Thank you.
