Friday, January 31, 2020

In collaboration with the Government of Ethiopia and partners such as USAID, The European Union, The European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO), UNOCHA, The Global Alliance for the Rights of Ethiopia (GARE) and The International Rescue Committee (IRC), World Vision has been responding to the needs of the Gedeo-Guji Internally displaced people (IDPs) and returnees since the onset of the crisis.

One of the interventions was  Emergency Seed Support. In this regard, 4, 500 returnees were provided with emergency seed support to enable them to provide for the needs of their families. Now, they are self-sufficient.
