Hundreds of thousands of South Sudanese have fled into neighbouring Sudan to escape famine and conflict that has devastated their country since 2013. There are currently an estimated 765,243 South Sudanese refugees in Sudan (UNHCR15 May 2018). 
 
Without adequate funding,  the populations affected will be adversely affected and their suffering will only be prolonged. World Vision is appealing for USD 1.5 million to help meet critical needs in the sectors of education, health and nutrition, WASH and livelihoods, for the next 12 months.
