Creating Hope for Every Child

Across Bangladesh, communities are coming together to protect childhood and build brighter futures for the next generation. In FY2025, World Vision Bangladesh reached more than 6.5 million people, working alongside government, local leaders, and partners to ensure children grow up safe, healthy, and hopeful.

Communities are taking collective action to end harmful practices. Today, 2,287 villages and wards have declared themselves child marriage-free, while 819 communities are now child labour-free, reflecting growing social commitment to protecting children and strengthening local child protection systems.

Through the ENOUGH Campaign, more than 722,000 people joined a nationwide movement to address child hunger and malnutrition, helping families access nutritious food and healthier futures. At the same time, 376,000 people gained access to safe water and sanitation, improving everyday life for families and communities.

Communities are also strengthening their resilience to climate change. From planting 1.45 million trees to promoting climate-smart solutions, families are restoring their environment and building safer, more sustainable communities where children can thrive.

Together, these efforts are creating lasting change—ensuring that every child in Bangladesh has the opportunity to experience life in all its fullness.
