World Vision Uganda, together with our valued partner Absa Bank Uganda, was joyfully honored with the Best Use of Partnership Marketing Award at the Uganda Marketing Excellence Awards Gala 2025, organised by Evolve Group Africa.

This recognition celebrates the success of our Menstrual Hygiene Management Project in Awach Subcounty, Abim District, a powerful example of how cross-sector collaboration can drive sustainable, meaningful impact.

Through this partnership, we have amplified the voices of vulnerable communities, opened doors of opportunity, and planted seeds of lasting change in the Karamoja region, where access to menstrual hygiene services remains limited.

By addressing these critical needs, the project has broken down barriers that too often push girls out of school, restoring dignity, building confidence, and creating pathways to opportunity.

The award highlights excellence in innovative, purpose-led marketing that has elevated visibility, strengthened engagement, and accelerated community transformation through shared values and strategic alignment. It is a reminder that when hearts and hands come together, extraordinary things happen.

As we celebrate this milestone, we reaffirm our commitment to partnerships that transcend branding, but rather collaboration rooted in sustainability, corporate social investment, and community trust.

We extend heartfelt appreciation to Absa Bank Uganda for their steadfast partnership, which continues to transform the story of the girl child across the Karamoja region. Special thanks also go to Evolve Group Africa for providing a platform that underscores the vital role of marketing and sustainable collaboration in shaping a more equitable future.

Finally, we celebrate our dedicated World Vision staff, whose resilience, collaboration, and relentless commitment remain the driving force behind every transformation.

This award is not just a recognition; it is a call to action for all partners, stakeholders, and friends to harness creativity, innovation, and shared purpose to deliver transformative change for Uganda’s most vulnerable children and communities.
