Akapelwa's Story: A Stool Burdens His Daily School Journey

Every morning, Akapelwa carries a stool to school alongside his books at Situnga Primary School in Western Province. The extra weight drains his energy before lessons even begin, leaving little strength left for focus and learning. 

Without desks, children here fail exams before they step into the exam room, not by choice, but by default. No learner should carry the weight of a broken system on his shoulders.
