The Partnership in Action: Flood Response in Eastern Province

Floods disrupted lives across Lundazi, Lumezi, and Chasefu since December last year. 

Through a strong partnership with UNICEF, World Vision Zambia worked with the Ministry of Health to respond quickly and effectively.

 Together, we trained community-based volunteers to reach families with critical support. They are now on the frontlines delivering: 

•  Health and nutrition guidance
• Waterborne disease prevention
• Child protection support
• Timely assistance to the most vulnerable 

This partnership is helping communities stay safe and recover faster.
